Managing digital transformation by developing digital readiness, resilience and capacity. The DiRECT project addresses this priority as it supports digital transformation plans in VET and adult education for older workers. The project aims to increase the capacity and readiness of VET institutions to make an effective transition to digital education, especially in the post-COVID era. Furthermore, the project addresses the VET priority "Adapting vocational education and training to the needs of the labour market" as it supports the development of VET programmes that provide a balanced mix of vocational skills and work-based learning opportunities that are aligned with all key competences that logistics workers need to adapt to the demands of the labour market.
